Our Sydney 4WD campervan depot is conveniently located 15 minutes from Central station and 20 minutes from the Sydney Airport (depending on city traffic which can be a little hectic at times). Whether you are picking up one of our European 4WD Campers to head to the world famous Blue Mountains or if you are starting the big lap around Australia – you’ll find it super easy to do from our prime location. With the Anzac Bridge only a few minutes down the road you can be on a freeway heading North, South or West in no time at all – without having to navigate the inner city roads!

From the Airport: We offer a free transfer to and from Sydney Airport – this is subject to available staff and time of day, but we know that after jumping off a long haul flight the last thing you want to do is try and navigate a new city. We do need to pre-arrange pick up so make sure you let us know your arrival details at the time of booking so we can confirm available collections.
On arrival – once you have cleared customs and immigration head out into the arrivals hall, follow the yellow signs for “Express Pick-Up” – which is an outdoor parking area around 5 minutes walk from the terminal.
From a CBD Hotel or Cruise Terminal: Due to a lack of parking in the CBD, it has become increasingly hard for us to legally and safely park, so instead when you are ready to go, give us a call and we will book a car (either an uber or a taxi) to come and collect you and bring you to our warehouse.
Food Supplies: There is a good size supermarket just around the corner from the Bear Rentals Sydney depot called “Supabarn” and there is a bottle shop (off license/liquor store) just across the road in the village centre of Annandale – there are also a number of nice cafes if you want to grab a coffee before you make your escape from the big smoke.
Campground: In the centre of Sydney there are no campgrounds and the local law enforcement are incredibly strict on illegally free camping, so we suggest getting out of town. The closest spots are the National Parks – Lane Cove to the North, The Royal National Park to the South and a number of different spots in the Blue Mountains if you are heading West.
